Calling all Dormer breeders!
The 2024 Royal Agricultural Exhibition in Pietermaritzburg will proudly host the Dormer National Championship on Monday 27 May 2024, together with Dormer SA.
This event will be judged by Clark Rattray and will be livestreamed to the Royal Show South Africa Facebook page and X (Twitter) account (@RoyalShowPMB).
The Royal Carcass Auction will take place on Tuesday 28 May, after the announcement of the winners of the Slaughter Lamb Competition and other fat stock competitions.
The 2024 fat stock competitions will be judged by the South African Fat Stock Association (SAFJA).
The Interbreed Competition will take place on the morning of Wednesday 29 May 2024, followed by the prestigious Gold Cup Awards during the afternoon.
Entries for the Dormer National Championship will close on 29 February 2024.

The Royal Agricultural Exhibition will run from Friday 24 May to Wednesday 29 May 2024 at the Royal Showgrounds in Pietermaritzburg.
The new format of the Exhibition will focus exclusively on livestock competitions and associated agricultural exhibits, to provide a much-improved experience for breeders and farmers.
